In 2017, he brought his vision to life by establishing LHR Gourmet, a food-based parent company, and subsequently acquiring the renowned llaollao frozen yogurt franchise.

Presently, Louay Rassam oversees the management of 4 llaollao outlets, with three situated in Geneva and one in Lausanne. These locations have become beloved destinations for frozen yogurt enthusiasts, offering a delightful and indulgent experience.

Expanding his entrepreneurial endeavors, in 2022 Louay Rassam introduced the Gourmet Factory, a unique establishment specializing in waffles and hot dogs. Initially launched as a winter pop-up shop in Geneva, the Gourmet Factory has gained significant popularity and is now preparing to extend its presence to Lausanne, captivating the taste buds of residents and visitors alike.
